Thanks to the clean air and the diverse flowers of our land, bees produce honey naturally.

Properties of Wildflower Honey

It is useful in treating flu-like illnesses, helps soothe coughs, and has antibacterial properties.
It is a valuable source of energy, beneficial for children (over 1 year old), pregnant women, convalescents, and the elderly.
Furthermore, according to some studies, wildflower honey is very useful in combating seasonal allergies.

About the Sorelle Ferri Company

Three sisters (Silvia, Monica, and Marina) were born and raised in the countryside, accustomed to enjoying the seasonality of the wholesome products their parents and grandparents produced.

The company has always been family-run, where everyone contributes as much as possible and where respect for the land and animals has always been paramount.
Our job is to collect the excess honey made by our bees in their hives.
We transfer the honey, sealed in their cells, into glass jars.
It undergoes no treatment and is manually filtered after extraction to remove impurities and small fragments of wax.
We let it rest for about 20 days, then bottle it.

We personally care for the bees on our small farm, immersed in the pristine greenery of the Tuscan Maremma.

Miele Millefiori = wildflower honey. It’s a legal term for honey produced from different types of flowers. However, if you find the term “Monoflora,” it means it’s produced only (or at least 90%) from one type of flower.
