The Tuscan Organic Olive Oil Extra Vergine is so named only if it meets the following properties: Tuscan = 100% made in Tuscany.

A organic extra virgin olive oil can be labelled as such only if it has the following requisites:

Organic, when the olive trees are grown according to the rules specific to organic products. No chemical treatment. This is certified by a special committee.
Extra vergine: olive oil can be called such only if it is obtained from the first pressing and the acidity is less than 1%.

Today, organic products (not just oil) are identified by this symbol officially launched in Europe a few years ago.
