WHAT ARE THE RETURNS POLICY? 

The returns policy are rules relating to the exchange or return of your online purchase or order. Their basis is the same for all, as exceptions for some types of trade. 

GENERAL INFORMATIONS

In retail, a product return is the process in which a customer returns previously purchased goods to the retailer.
The customer in turn receives a refund in the form of: original payment, an exchange for another item (identical or different) or a store credit.
While resellers are not usually required to accept returns, laws in many places require resellers to post their return policy in a place where it would be visible to the customer prior to purchase.

RETURNS RULES of TERRA TOSCANA

All NON-FOOD products can be returned within fourteen [14] days without reason, in the original packaging, without damage. In order to accept the return and make the reimbursement, the buyer must also send the receipt, receipt or bank statement. Please note, Gift Vouchers or Giftcard are also non-returnable items.

Gastronomic specialties, olive oil and wine fall into the category of “products that deteriorate quickly“.
The customer does not have a cooling-off period and the product cannot be returned.

If the customer finds a bad product, they can do the following:
– Please do not throw the product immediately.
