    Black summer truffle cream

    Black summer truffle cream is suitable for polenta, pasta, rice and meat.
    The scent of the forest, earth, mushrooms and moss are the scents that characterize this cream.

    Please note, it is NOT recommended to heat the truffle cream, to avoid losing the aroma.

    Ingredients: Black summer truffle 90%, Extra virgin olive oil 10% and salt.

    Packaging: Glass jar contents 50g.

    Storage: After opening, store in the refrigerator for a maximum of 7 days.

    Best before: 31/12/2026

    Use: 1 heaped teaspoon is sufficient for 125g of pasta per person, to give flavor to the meat, half a spoonful is more than enough.

    Origin of the truffles: Tuscany / Italy
