ORGANIC SAFFRON STIGMAS is a spice derived from the flower of Crocus sativus, commonly known as the “Saffron Crocus”. The stigmas, called threads, are collected and dried to be used mainly as condiments and dyes in food. It is completely collected and handcrafted.
This product is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
How can it be used: Saffron stigmas in contrast to the powder requires more processing time, but it is better. To use the stamps must be soaked in water for about 30 minutes.
