How can you use it?
Dressing Apple & Citrus goes very well with grilled meat, cold cuts (eg Italian cured ham), fresh cheeses, fruit salad and ice cream.
Ingredients: 60% Saba Apple, 30% “Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P.”, (cooked must, wine vinegar), 10% Acacia honey, citrus peel.
Density: 1.35 Kg/L

How can you use it?
It is delicious on roasted or grilled red meat, fruit and ice cream.
Ingredients: 95.9% balsamic vinegar from Modena, 2.6% concentrated strawberry juice, 1.3% concentrated blueberry juice, natural strawberry and natural blueberry flavor.
Density: 1.30 kg/l (medium density).
Store in a cool, dry place without major temperature changes.

How to use it?
