A cap is an object used to close, for example, a bottle, jar or tube.
There are different types of caps; screw caps, crown caps and brackets are examples.
There are also safety caps for bottles and jars containing substances such as bleach, which are dangerous for small children.
These safety caps often require extra pressure in certain places to open them.
Caps can be made of plastic, metal, wood or a mix of these.
In the Netherlands, caps on plastic soft drink bottles and other beverage packaging will have to be attached to the bottle or packaging from 3 July 2024.

The lemon is the recurring theme of all designs.
Materials: The top is made of ceramic, while the bottom is made of stainless steel.
Tip: If the top breaks, it is unfortunately not repairable, and all pieces can be thrown into the undifferentiated rubbish.
To keep this cap clean, you can rinse it with tap water. It is not suitable for washing in the dishwasher.
