Traditional Pasta is made with bronze-drawn durum wheat semolina.
The formats indicated are the most well-known, such as Spaghetti, Penne, Rigatoni etc…, but every now and then there are exceptions such as Gigli, Casarecce and Linguine.
The packages are always 500 g, so enough for 4 or 5 people.
In Italy, about 100 grams of pasta per person is calculated, this is because after the pasta there is a second course of meat or fish with a side dish.
