White wine VIOGNIER DOC is made from 100% Viognier grape.

WINE AREA: Maremma Toscana Bianco, D.O.C.

D.O.C. means: Di Origine Controllata= of controlled origin. This label is awarded to wines of superior quality produced in a limited area with certain characteristics.

CERTIFICATE: Organic .

PRODUCTION YEAR: 2021

COLOUR: Amber yellow.

GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Viognier.

WINE CHARACTERISTICS: excellent combination of structure and freshness.
In the mouth it is dry, aromatic with tropical aromas.

DELICIOUS WITH: as an aperitif with medium-ripe cheeses, main courses such as Spaghetti alla Carbonara, Risotto ai Funghi, grilled or roasted pork or beef. It is also very tasty with vegetable dishes and vegetable quiche.

ALCOHOL %: 13,5 % Vol.

SERVE at a temperature of 8°C – 10°C.

GLASSWARE: wine glass for white wine

CLOSURE: cork cap.

BOTTLE: 750 ml.

STORE in a dry, cool and dark place, not near heat sources or places where the temperature can change very quickly.
