AZIENDA AGRICOLA GRAMINETA produces its organic olive oil from 4 olive varieties: Frantoiano- Moraiolo- Correggiolo – Leccino.

In addition, after a careful analysis and thanks to a European regulation, we are allowed to put the following on the label:

Toscano means that the company is affiliated to Consorzio Olio di Oliva Toscano (Consortium for Tuscan Olive Oil).
The function of the consortium is to protect the production and quality of extra virgin olive oil in Tuscany.

FLAVORING PROCESS
The flavoring process of the organic olive oil with the black summer truffle is done as follows:
First, fresh truffle grated as finely as possible remains for 1-2 days in extra virgin olive oil.
Secondly after the infusion period the extra virgin olive oil takes place the filtration and bottling.
