    Balsamico Vinegar IGP Red is an organic product with a long maturation.

    Taste, intense with fruity notes of fresh must and red fruit.
    Thanks to its sweet and sour scent, this balsamic vinegar is perfect as a daily condiment for vegetables, salads and meat, but to finish an important dinner it can be used on dark chocolate ice cream or on a fruit salad.

    CARAMEL-FREE, DYE-FREE and GMO-free

    Ingredients: 100% Organic grape must from Lambrusco and Trebbiano and wine vinegar from the region of Modena -Emilia Romagna-

    Certification: Organic

    Allergens: contains sulfites.

    Aging in wooden barrels (wood only) for at least 5 years.

    Density: 1.32 kg / L

    Acidity: 6%

    Delicious with: boiled vegetables, fish, marinating meat, vegetables and mixed salads.

    Red wine ALBATRETO Montecucco

    The name is after the presence around the vineyard of blooming woods of strawberry-tree, called in the area “Albatro” and the fruits “Albatrelle”. In the maquis, these fleshy and rough berries of a marvellous scarlet red colour, represent the typical freshness, youth and balance of a wine as, exactly, the “Albatreto”.

    WINE AREA: Montecucco D.O.C. Sangiovese

    D.O.C. means Di Origine Controllata = of controlled origin. This label awarded to superior quality wines produced in a limited area with certain characteristics.

    CERTIFICATE: Organic.

    COLOR: Intense ruby red colour.

    PRODUCTION YEAR: 2019

    TYPE(S) GRAPE: 90% Sangiovese, 10% Ciliegiolo  carefully handpicked.

    WINE CHARACTERISTICS: Intense ruby red colour, limpid and brilliant. Vinous, fruity bouquet with scents of violet and sour black cherry. Salty dry taste, lightly tannic with good structure and aromatic persistence.

    DELICIUS WITH: “Primi Piatti” (first courses) of the Maremma tradition like “Pici” and “Acquacotta” soup, white meats and poultry in general and cheese.

    ALCOHOL %:  13,5% Vol.

    SERVE the wine at a temperature of at least 18°C after having opened the bottle minimum one hour before.

    GLASSEWARE: Glass for red wine.

    CLOSURE: Cork cap.

    BOTTLE: 750 ml.

    STORE in a dry, cool and dark place, not near heat sources or places where the temperature can change very quickly.

    PACKAGE: box of 6 bottles (+/- 8 Kg).

    Red wine GINEPRAIO Montecucco

    The name comes from the presence of Juniper trees around the vineyard and from its famous violaceous blue berries. Distilling the berries we obtain a syrupy essential oil called “Juniper Essence”, the perfect name for this intense and well- structured DOCG wine.

    WINE AREA : Montecucco D.O.C.G. -Toscane- 

    D.O.C.G means: Di Origine Controllata e Garantita = of controlled guaranteed origin. This label is awarded to superior quality wines produced in a very limited area with certain characteristics.

    CERTIFICATE: Organic.

    PRODUCTION YEAR: 2018

    COLOUR: Bright ruby red with garnet reflections.

    GRAPE TYPE: Sangiovese 90%,  Syrah 10%. Hand picked and carefully selected. The vineyards from which we obtain this wine are young, with enormous potential, granted by a medium structure of the soil, it is poor in organic substances and minerals and therefore suitable for production with low yields but high quality.

    WINE FEATURES: Intense and persistent bouquet with hints of vanilla, tobacco and red berries, such as blueberries and cherries in brandy. Dry, but full and pleasant with excellent tannins and a long aftertaste.

    DELICIOUS WITH: Main courses on the basis of Game, grilled red meat, wild boar and seasoned cheese.

    ALCOHOL %: 13,5 % Vol.

    SERVE at a temperature of 18 ° C after an hour that the bottle has been uncorked.

    GLASSWARE: Wineglass for structured wines and mature wines.

    CLOSURE: Cork cap.

    BOTTLE: 750 ml.
